This session will review the meteoric rise of “Short Pump” as metro Richmond’s shopping mecca. The session will also examine the impact the “Short Pump” transformation has had in Henrico County as well as neighboring Hanover and Goochland Counties. This session will provide an informative and probing overview of the issues that will be featured in the afternoon mobile session.
